This project should fulfill the following tasks, including (1) to held an evaluation competition for students’ environmental knowledge on-campus (2)to held an arena contest for knowledge of environmental protection (3)to promote a“Taiwan-US Eco Campus” program. In on-campus evaluation competition, there were around 75,000 participants. Due to difference of competition rules, the population of participants was the highest last five years. Regarding to arena contest program, the population of participants were also the highest. The reason was due to altering the reward for teachers. On December 3, Those persons who won the first five prizes will attend the national competition. There were 10 school participated in Taiwan-US Eco campus program, and all of them obtained an Eco-campus award. The conclusions were made as following, including (1)altering the competition rules for awarding students and techers (2) following the same rules and awards for arena contest (4) helding a forum to explain how to apply an higher honor for Taiwan-US Eco Campus for those schools which have participated in that program.
